Ken Kight – President /Hardware Specialist

Ken oversees the day to day operations along with the hardware aspects of our optical and eye care practice management systems. He stays in touch with each client to ensure that their equipment is working correctly and that all of the complex networking abilities of the practice management software are functional.

Sherry Kight – Software Support Manager

Sherry’s software support philosophy is simple: “The software should work for you; you should never work for your software.” Our product is designed to adapt to each practice, becoming a fully integrated part of the way it functions from day to day. Sherry works very closely with each client to make that happen, and she is not satisfied until the software truly meets all the needs of the client. Sherry considers it a privilege each time she is able to help a new or current client better understand our product’s powerful capabilities.

Mike Furtney – Lead Programmer

As lead programmer, Mike guides our team through the process of updating our system when governmental, legal, Medicare, and other insurance requirements change. These updates are critical for our clients’ compliance and efficiency, and Mike handles them with accuracy and speed so that we never fall behind.
